For 15 years, I lived the life you’re likely living now. I had the experience and the passion, but I was exhausting my physical and emotional energy balancing the technical demands of traditional music lessons with the reality that never seemed to reflect the true depth of my expertise.
I started designing a studio rhythm that respects my talent, time, energy, and honors my expertise.

Then something changed...covid. Over 5 years ago, while I was teaching, I noticed something the Gatekeepers ignored. My clients weren't just there to learn notes; they were using music to navigate stress, trauma, and anxiety.
My background wasn't just music. I had a deep fascination with linguistics, dialectal studies, and how the brain retains information and trauma. Instead of keeping these worlds separate, I merged them.
I became strategic in fulfilling my students' needs as well as my own by offering transformation.
